Having been brought up in London and living most of my adult years in and around the London suburbs, I yearned for a greener, more picturesque part of the UK to hang my camera straps. Based in Buckinghamshire, I now shoot all around the Buckinghamshire county and across South East England.
I started my career in advertising and marketing, working for some fabric brands before needing to express my own creativity through photography. Capturing special moments, emotions and occasions for people to share, hang on walls or print in albums has a strong connection for me. There is something powerful about documenting our lives together and sharing with the next generation, or simply reminding ourselves of happy times, that only photography and visual imagery can deliver.
I shoot with an unobtrusive approach, looking to capture emotions and unseen moments from the day, the belly laughs, tears and knowing looks that are part and parcel of family and friends sharing good times together. My style is elegant and unique, giving you a set of wedding photographs that you will treasure.
I shoot close to the action, getting discreetly involved and waiting for the right moment, preferring not to use long lenses on the other side of the room. I capture images that are unique to your wedding, not a shot list or the same shots from another wedding at the same venue. Most couples want to spend time with their loved ones on their wedding day, not shooting across different locations around the venue. For this reason I limit the time for newlywed shots to 25 minutes and get you back to your shindig quick sharp.
My approach to your wedding is to deliver you a confident and stress-free experience, ensuring that the last thing you need to think about is how the photography is progressing. I aim to deliver you a set of photographs that perfectly reflect your day, wrapped up in an experience that is simple and frictionless.
